Beginners Course Registration - BLACKBURN

The waiting is almost over! The next beginner’s course starts on Wednesday the 14th of January, 2009 and will be a six-week course. The cost of the course is £30, payable in advance, and will include all coaching and equipment. The course will take place at St. Kentigern’s Academy, Blackburn, starting at 8pm and finishing at 9pm. Archery takes place in the large sports hall, the entrance to which is to the left of the main building, near the entrance of the swimming pool.

Unfortunately we require payment in advance to ensure valuable spaces are not used up by people who don't turn up. Failure to do so may result in your entry being refused.

Notes:

Even though you may be keen to get your own equipment, we ask that you do not purchase any equipment without discussing it with our coaches and we advise against the purchase of major items such as a bow or arrows within the first 6 months.
Avoid baggy clothing and if you have long hair, it’s best to tie it back.
Avoid dangly earrings and rings in the nose or lips.

Conditions:

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the course.
We reserve the right to expel any trainees who compromise the safety of themselves or any other member. A full safety briefing and handout will be given on the first evening.
Fees are non-returnable.
